69 Golden Anchorage is situated in Sunset Crest in Holetown, St James, on the West Coast of the island where some of the most beautiful beaches n the Caribbean re to be found.

Sunset Crest is a quiet residential area comprising villas and apartments.  It is situated on the exclusive West Coast of the island and is very close to many beautiful un-crowded beaches and to all amenities.  Sunset Crest is approximately 30 minutes drive from the airport.

The Baku Beach club which serves Sunset Crest, has a pool, a bar and two restaurants set in tropical gardens.  It has direct access to the beach. All guests at Golden Anchorage enjoy free membership of the Baku Beach Club just a short walk away!

The Property

This delightful (good value for money) 1 bedroom bungalow of 55 sq .m. is situated in a terrace of four with its own garden. Entry via security gates to to recently extended porch/veranda. Inside through foldaway doors is the open plan living room, with fully equipped kitchen.

The rooms  have been tastefully decorated and clean, light and fresh with cane furniture, white painted walls, radio, telephone, Plasma TV (digital TV box), DVD (combined CD player). We also supply and iron and iron board. This is an ideal location and with walking distance of everything you need.

The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away which takes you into Bridgetown south or Speightstown north. It is a fantastic experience to use the local buses. The Bajan people are very friendly and colourful, most of them with a big smile, makes you want to come back!
